The philosophy of Walter D. James III, PLLC is simple: provide the client with excellent legal services on par with any national firm; act in the highest ethical manner; and treat those on the opposing side with respect. Walt, and those employees and staff he associates with, each have unique backgrounds that promote this philosophy. Our principal office is between Dallas and Fort Worth, near the DFW International Airport, in Grapevine, Texas. Though the law firm is located in Grapevine Texas, the Firm's practice involves work at a variety of locations across the United States. The Firm frequently associates with other national firms as outside counsel, forming a seamless team to further the interest of large clients with environmental legal issues nationwide. Our goal is to seek out professionally rewarding work, and develop lasting friendships with those we represent. We take our legal work very seriously, but do not take ourselves too seriously.
